Our scope
Our site provides information exclusively about accommodation, resort leisure and travel amenities. We do not promote or facilitate participation in gambling.
In practice that means editorial guides to resort hotels and the places around them. We are neither a travel agency nor a hotelier; reservations and payments never pass through us.
Age
You need to be at least 18 to use noverridge, or 21 if that is the threshold the law sets where you live. Separately, every hotel decides its own check-in age; get that confirmed by the property.
Using the site
- Read, plan and share links for your own trips; commercial reuse needs our written permission.
- No bulk copying, automated scraping, probing for security holes or unlawful use.
- Messages sent through the form must not be abusive, deceptive or infringe anyone's rights.
Third-party sites and bookings
Outbound links lead to hotels and booking partners outside our control. When you reserve, your agreement is with them, not with us. Their pages, room availability, rates, resort fees, deposits, taxes, cancellation terms and the service they actually deliver are their responsibility, including any change to those. Read the provider's conditions carefully before paying.
Accuracy
We revisit the guides regularly, yet hotels alter facilities, rules and hours without telling us. Treat everything here as general background provided without warranty.
Limitation of liability
So far as applicable law permits, King's Resort Rozvadov — King's Casino / Leon Tsoukernik accepts no liability for losses that follow from relying on this site or on any outside service you reach from it. Where the law forbids excluding a particular liability, this clause does not try to.
Intellectual property
Words, page design, drawings and the noverridge name belong to King's Resort Rozvadov — King's Casino / Leon Tsoukernik or are licensed to it. Brief quotations with a credit link are welcome. Resort names and marks remain with their respective holders and appear here purely so readers know which property is meant.
Changes and governing law
New versions of these rules replace old ones from the date shown at the top. Czech law applies, but mandatory consumer rights in your home country still protect you.
